Toptaşı, Fatih Sultan Mehmet'in İstanbul'un Fethi'nde kullandığı taştan yapılan gülledir. Toptaşının mucidi Fatih Sultan Mehmet'tir. Üsküdar'daki Toptaşı semtine adını vermiştir.
