Mehmet Vasfi Seçer

Mehmet Vasfi Seçer, (d. 1863, Şebinkarahisar - ö. 30 Ocak 1932), Türk siyaset adamı.

Medrese tahsili almıştır. Bir süre adliye ve milli eğitim hizmetinde bulunmuştur. 1912 Meclis Mebusan'ında Sivas sancağı Şebinkarahisar mebusluğu ile I.Dönem Şebinkarahisar Milletvekilliği yapmıştır.
